  • Little Joey’s is privately owned by Michelle McFarlane, It is a large part of her life and is close to her heart. Michelle and the amazing Educators strive to create a learning environment that becomes a home away from home for every child so they feel safe supported and happy.
  • Our educators are fantastic! They have been with Little Joey’s for many years, most are mothers and Grandparents. All of our educators are highly qualified, warm and friendly and dedicated to creating a safe nurturing environment that will offer socialisation and independence.
  • We have an extensive school readiness program carried out by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, she works closely with families and the local schools to help each child become more confident and prepared for kindergarten.
  • We have an open door policy and welcome you and your child to visit any time so you can meet our educators and experience our friendly, comfortable environment.
  • Our curriculum incorporates the Early Years Learning Framework and our program is based on the children’s interest and developmental needs.
  • We follow the Munch and Move program that focuses on fundamental movement skills.
  • We are open during school holidays with the exception of 2 weeks at Christmas. We do not charge for the Christmas closure
  • We are a small 30-place service that provides small group sizes, meaning your child benefits from closer observations and more individualised planning. We also have a higher educator-to-child ratio than the regulations require.
